INFORMATION FOR PARENTS & STUDENTS
Our school will participate in the Healthy Youth Survey this Fall.
The survey asks questions about risks for injury, health outcomes, and alcohol and drug use. Schools, and state and local agencies use survey results to support our youth and reduce their risks. The Healthy Youth Survey is voluntary and anonymous and provides important information to guide policy and programs that serve our youth.

Nuestra escuela participará en la Encuesta de Jóvenes Sanos durante este
otoño.
La encuesta hace preguntas sobre los riesgos de lesiones, los resultados de salud y el consumo de alcohol y drogas. Las escuelas y las agencias estatales y locales utilizan los resultados de la encuesta para ayudar a nuestros jóvenes y reducir sus riesgos. La Encuesta de Jóvenes Sanos es voluntaria y anónima y proporciona información importante para orientar las políticas y programas que sirven a nuestros jóvenes.
