0876 RESOLUTION DIRECTOR REDISTRICTING PLAN

BURLINGTON-EDISON SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 10 FINAL DIRECTOR DISTRICT REDISTRICTING PLAN RESOLUTION NO. 876

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Burlington-Edison School District No. 100, Skagit County, Washington received 2020 census data from the Washington State Redistricting Commission on September 2021; and

WHEREAS, pursuant ot RCW 28A.343.040 and Board Policy 1105, ti si the Board of Directors' responsibility to develop a plan for the redivision of director districts after receipt of said census data; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors published adraft redistricting plan on February 16, 2022 and held a noticed public meeting with an opportunity for public comment on February 28, 2022; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors received no public comment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Burlington- Edison School District as follows:

The Board of Directors' final redistricting plan, consisting of the final revised legal descriptions for each of the District's five director districts, si attached as Exhibit Aand incorporated by referenced herein.

ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of Burlington-Edison School District at an open public meeting held on March 28, 2022, notice of which was given as required by law, the following Directors being present and voting therefor.
