Goal #1: English Department will agree upon 2 UDL strategies and implement them in all English classes to increase engagement. Growth will be measured through a summative writing assessment that meets grade level standards.

Goal #2: English Department will use the UDL strategy of providing and using feedback in all English classes in increase student engagement. This will be measured through student feedback forms and bellwork/exit ticket check-ins.
