My name is Lance Longmire and I am honored to serve as the principal of Allen Elementary School.
Here at Allen, we are devoted to creating an environment that our students and staff can be proud of. At Allen, our focus is to ensure that our students and staff alike, embody our mission. This means that we “instill the belief in possibility, build strong connections and empower our Allen community.” We understand that the work we do today will make a difference in our student’s future. We ensure both academic and social growth so that our students are ready for the challenges that they will face in the years to come. We understand that growth is best cultivated through strong social connections and encourage positive relationships between all members of our community.
